1. About KikPulse
KikPulse is the English-language brand of Kikmidia, a Brazilian business providing Instagram profile promotion. These terms cover kikpulse.com, the free Instagram Profile Checkup, and paid promotion services. By using these services or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business or another person, you must have their permission.
2. Definitions
“Profile Checkup” means the free informational report based on publicly available Instagram data. “Plan” means the paid promotion service and duration shown at checkout. “Profile” means the public Instagram account you provide. “Network” means the channels and service partners used to deliver promotion.
3. Your free profile checkup
The checkup summarizes publicly available follower counts, posts, and engagement, along with estimates and comparisons. We never ask for your Instagram password. Results reflect the information available at the time of the check and may differ from Instagram’s private analytics. This is an informational tool, not a promise of future growth, sales, or earnings. You should only request a checkup for an account you own or are authorized to analyze. We may limit requests or change the methodology to protect service quality.
4. Eligibility and profile requirements
You must be at least 18 to purchase. You must own the profile or have the owner’s permission. Keep your profile public and keep the same username throughout your plan. Tell support before changing your username. Making your profile private, deleting posts, or changing the username can interrupt delivery and affect the delivery guarantee for the affected period.
5. How promotion works
Your plan uses promotion channels and service partners to deliver the profile visibility and engagement described in the offer. We do not need your Instagram password or permission to post, follow, or send messages from your account. Delivery is gradual and begins within 72 business hours after payment is confirmed. Audience location, purchases, leads, earnings, and individual user behavior are not guaranteed. A plan purchased in USD does not mean that its audience is exclusively in the United States.
6. Plan targets and delivery guarantee
The offer describes the plan’s guaranteed minimum targets and delivery period. We measure delivery using our records and publicly available profile information. If we do not meet those minimum targets by the end of the purchased plan, you may request a full refund of that plan payment. Contact support with your order reference within 30 days after the plan ends. During the paid period, we also replenish measured shortfalls at no extra charge. Keep your profile public and its username unchanged so we can deliver and measure the service. Interruptions caused by making the profile private, removing posts, or changing its username may affect eligibility for the affected service.
7. Prices and payments
All KikPulse customer prices are in US dollars (USD). Stripe processes payments securely; KikPulse does not store full card numbers or security codes. The Standard 30-Day Plan costs $44.90, the Turbo 30-Day Plan costs $67.90 in total, and the 15-Day Plan costs $30.00. Any optional extras and their totals are shown before payment. Your bank may charge currency conversion or other fees. A purchase is activated only after payment is confirmed.
8. Optional monthly renewal
Automatic renewal is optional and requires you to select it. Standard with monthly renewal costs $40.41 per month; Turbo with monthly renewal costs $61.11 per month, a 10% discount. The first payment is due at checkout and further payments are charged monthly until canceled. The 15-Day Plan does not renew automatically. If you enable renewal during an already-paid plan, we do not charge you again for that paid period; checkout shows when the first renewal is due. You can turn off renewal from your member dashboard. This stops future billing and keeps your already-paid access until its scheduled end. Price changes for future cycles will be communicated in advance and do not change an already-paid period.
9. Cancellation and refunds
We offer a full refund when you request cancellation within seven calendar days after purchase confirmation, including if promotion has already started. Contact support with your order reference. After seven days, you may request cancellation and a refund for the unused portion of the service, taking account of delivery already completed. Turning off automatic renewal does not itself request or issue a refund. Refund requests are reviewed by support and approved refunds are sent through Stripe to the original payment method; your bank controls the posting time. The separate delivery guarantee above also applies to unmet minimum targets. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law gives you.
10. Acceptable use
We may refuse or stop service for profiles promoting illegal activity, violence or hateful conduct, explicit sexual material, counterfeit goods, illegal weapons or drugs, scams, pyramid schemes, misleading earnings claims, infringement, or exploitation of minors. If refused before delivery begins, we refund the purchase. If stopped during delivery, any refund is based on the unperformed portion. Do not use the checkup to harass people, bypass technical limits, or resell our services without permission.
11. Independence from Instagram
KikPulse and Kikmidia are independent of Instagram and Meta. We are not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by them. Instagram and related marks belong to their owners. Instagram can change its rules and algorithms, restrict reach, remove accounts or engagement, or take action on an account. We do not control or guarantee platform decisions. You are responsible for the content of your profile and your use of third-party platforms.
12. Results and responsibility
Results vary with the account, content, audience, and platform. Another customer’s results are not a guarantee of yours. Our commitment is to provide the purchased service and honor the delivery and refund policies above. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for lost profits or sales, indirect losses, or decisions made by third parties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Intellectual property
Our brand assets, website design, report tools, text, illustrations, and code belong to us or are licensed to us. Do not reproduce them without permission. Your profile content remains yours. Purchasing a plan allows us and our delivery partners to use your public username, profile image, and public posts to provide the purchased promotion during the plan.
14. Customer stories and examples
Customer stories describe individual experiences. The original videos shown from Kikmidia customers in Brazil are in Portuguese; accompanying highlights may be translated into English. These videos are not presented as US customer results. Sample interface profiles and numbers are illustrations, not your account’s results. Your own report and dashboard use the data available for your account.
15. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we use your Instagram handle, public profile data, quiz answers, email, order information, and technical data. It forms part of these terms. We never ask for your Instagram password.
16. Support and service notices
Contact contato@kikmidia.com for KikPulse support. This is the shared support contact for the business behind both brands. Support hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM Brasília time (UTC−3). We send your report, access instructions, and essential order or billing notices by email.
17. Updates and general terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version and update date appear on this page. Material changes affecting an active plan will be communicated, and already-paid periods keep their promised guarantees. If a provision is unenforceable, the others remain effective. Events outside our reasonable control may delay delivery while the event continues.
18. Governing law
The service operator is based in Brazil. These terms retain Brazilian governing law, without excluding mandatory consumer rights or remedies that apply where you live. Disputes may be brought in the consumer’s place of residence where applicable law provides that right.
